Starting at RioMed at an entry level position, didn't know i would be here 7 years later in a management position. Working as a Sales Associate in RioMed for almost 2 years has been an adventure and a continuous learning journey.  I mostly enjoy interacting and building a good rapport with our clients.  The Business Development Team are a great support.  We help each other to get the job done, but not forgetting to have a friendly laugh in between.

I have worked at RioMed for 16years, when I started, I was very quiet, and afraid to answer the phone, I have grown so much in confidence and now love speaking to the clients and supporting them. The team I work with are really supportive, and we work really well, bouncing ideas off each other. It feels like a second family. I joined in February 2020, originally employed as a Trainer within RioMed and promoted to the position of Manager Customer Support and Global Training shortly thereafter. I lead a team of 4 advisors and 1 team lead and have developed a strong bond with my team members. I believe that they form an integral part of the organisation, managing the heart and soul of the business, our customers. I enjoy the camaraderie of my team and look forward to every day that I get to share with them.
