Position: Training Administrator

Context and Purpose of the Job

Our mission is to improve healthcare at the point of delivery through patient participation and real time data capture. RioMed has been delivering clinical solutions nationally and internationally since 1997, in a variety of communicable and non-communicable disease areas including, HIV, sexually transmitted disease, Osteoporosis, Elderly Care, Rheumatology, Cardiology and Diabetes.

The overall purpose of the job is to facilitate the administration and organisation of all work related to training activities at RioMed. We are looking for a self-motivated Training Administrator who will ensure that our training programs are engaging and running smoothly. Duties will include communicating with staff, clients, and vendors and assisting with the development of effective training programs. Responsibilities will also include but not limited to managing administrative tasks related to training programs and providing direct support to the Training Manager and Trainers alike.

  • Facilitate training sessions for new hires, existing staff, and Clients.
  • Prepare training evaluation forms and self-assessment forms for all training.
  • Review training materials prepared by other Teams for use in internal and Client Trainings and ensure readiness prior to training date.
  • Assist in creating training materials (written and/or visual).
  • Follow-up with participants for training feedback and/or assessments.
  • Create training reports for the evaluation of training effectiveness whenever required.
  • Monitor attendance and performance during training programs.
  • Attend training sessions and identify areas of improvement within the sessions and/or by reviewing session recordings.
  • Collate scope for improvement training recordings for further analysis and problem solving for Teams and Senior Management.
  • Research new training approaches to make training programs more effective.
  • Keep yourself updated on new training techniques and procedures.
  • Maintain an effective relationship with all trainers and trainees.
  • Work closely with the HR and Quality Department at RioMed for various team building activities, employee engagement activities, and quality improvement processes.

Desirable

  • With 1+ year of experience in the Training Department or other relevant position that meets the essential criteria.
  • Local candidate (Pune City) or willing to relocate to Pune.
  • Willing to work flexible hours to cater to the needs of RioMed’s global offices (India, UK, and Caribbean).
